Philip Stock was our real estate agent when we relocated from NY to NJ.
After using a different agent and getting nowhere with our search, we looked elsewhere and found Philip. From the first conversation on the phone to the closing date on our new home, Philip was in touch. Phil ascertained what we were looking for, how much we could afford and the location of where we wanted to be. Once decided, Phil began scheduling homes for us to look at. We'd meet him to look at 1 or 2 houses, but he had already planned a few more so our trip out to Jersey wasn't wasted. It was at one of these visits, when we found the house we live in now. Phil had found us a listing on the block we now live on. We walked in to the house and he, my husband and I walked out immediately. The house was in very bad shape. Phil had already spoken to a few brokers in the development we wanted and he knew there was a house, just 3 doors down the block that hadn't even been advertised for sale yet but was vacant. We walked down the block, walked in to this house and immediately, decided this was for us. By the time we drove from here back to our house in NY, Phil had already submitted an offer and a few hours later it was accepted and the home buying process began. Phil never left us, even after we moved in. He called to make sure everything was all right, recommended a painter who was also excellent. We can not say enough good things about Philip Stock. All real estate agents should learn a lesson or two from him as he is a superior real estate agent.
